Meet Our Team
At Complete Creative, we’re a Baton Rouge-based video team working out of Celtic Studios. With roots in storytelling, a background in film and media, and a passion for meaningful work, we partner with brands of all sizes to craft commercial videos that feel real, connect with people, and reflect who you truly are.

KEN RHEA
executive producer
I’ve always believed that video — and audio — are some of the most powerful tools for storytelling. With a degree in Digital Media and years of hands-on experience, I’ve had the opportunity to build a career around bringing ideas to life, whether that’s through the lens, behind the scenes, or in the studio.

As Executive Producer at Complete Creative, I lead with vision, but I stay rooted in the details. I love collaborating with creative teams and clients alike, making sure every project not only looks good — but feels right. My role is often equal parts creative direction, logistics, and just making sure the vibe is right for everyone involved.
On the podcasting side, I run Rhea Media Group, where we produce shows that are meaningful, honest, and built to last. Whether it's long-form conversations or branded storytelling, I’m passionate about creating content that connects.
At the end of the day, I just really love what I do — and hopefully, that shows in every frame, every edit, and every episode we put out.

Storytelling has always been part of who I am. Before I ever picked up a camera, I was in front of it — That on-camera experience shaped how I approach every project today as Creative Director at Complete Creative.

With a background in both acting and filmmaking, I bring a performance-driven perspective to directing. I’m always thinking about how a story feels — how it flows, how it connects, and how we can make it resonate visually. Whether we're working with a startup or a well-known brand, my goal is always the same: craft something compelling, cinematic, and true to the heart of the message.

Based at Celtic Studios in Baton Rouge, our team gets to do what we love in a space built for creativity. And for me, there’s nothing better than turning an idea into something unforgettable — one shot, one story at a time.

I’ve always been obsessed with video — from the first time I held a VHS camcorder in the late ‘90s, I knew I’d found something that just clicked. That love has never left. What started as childhood curiosity eventually turned into a career built around storytelling, efficiency, and precision.
After graduating from LSU with a degree in Film and Media and spending 8 years in the wedding filmmaking world, I found myself naturally leaning into post-production supervision. I’ve learned how to juggle multiple video projects at once, keeping timelines tight, edits clean, and creative teams focused. Whether it’s managing assets across campaigns, coordinating with editors, or shaping the final product to meet a vision — I thrive in that space between creative flow and logistical structure.

What drives me is making sure every piece of content reaches its full potential, without letting anything slip through the cracks. I love working behind the scenes to make sure everything just works — fast, smooth, and with intention.

DAKOTAH COTTEN
colorist/head photographer
I’ve always been drawn to adventure — whether it’s jumping out of planes, diving into the ocean, or chasing light through a camera lens. That same curiosity and thrill-seeking mindset fuels my work as a colorist and photographer. I believe every frame has a mood, a story, a tone — and it’s my job to bring that to life.
As Head Photographer and Colorist at Complete Creative, I get to merge technical precision with creativity every day. Whether I’m behind the camera or in the grading suite, I’m focused on making each shot feel intentional, bold, and full of energy. I love capturing real moments and then enhancing them to match the story we’re telling.

My journey has taken me from South Louisiana to California and back again, picking up experiences and inspiration along the way. For me, visual storytelling is just another kind of adventure — and I’m always down for it.
